Many web designers are great artists, but lack a basic understanding of how users will approach and actually interact with their web pages. If web designers ignore usability, their pages will underperform. I am passionate about design and the psychology of user interaction. Making sure the end-user can navigate a page, and helping them to be more efficient is as important as making the layout look great.
